Return & Exchange Policy
- An order is eligible for a return only once if the product falls under the Return & Exchange policy.
- Return request can be raised by logging into www.saanvari.com, go to “My account” section.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 Hours of delivery.
- In case if a pin code is not serviceable for return pickup, client/buyer need to self-ship the product to our address. In such case, the cost of return shipping will be born by the buyer.
- SALE & DISCOUNTED products are not eligible for any kind of Return, Exchange or Refund.
- Product Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
- Product MUST NOT be washed and/or used, and should be in original condition.
- In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not entertain returns in case the mentioned timeline is exceeded.
- In case of a damaged merchandise, share images and details via the provided link.
- Do not accept the delivery if the outer package is damaged. Once accepted such deliveries will not be eligible for returns.
- Once the product is delivered, please do not discard the invoice or the packaging. Invoice must be attached with the product while returning.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images will not be considered as damaged products. Shipping charges are non - refundable.
- Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our stores, and store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online.
- In any of the above points, or otherwise also, Saanvari holds the authority to make the final decision.
Return & Exchange Request Process:
- Click on the link “request a return or exchange” and enter your registered mobile number.
- State the return/exchange reason and select the item to be returned/exchanged along with images in case of any defect/damages.
- Once approved from our end, a return/exchange pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
- Once the pickup is initiated, the product will be collected within 5 to 7 working days.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is not used/worn. Kindly pack the items with the original packing and hand them over to the pickup agent.
- The pickup agent will do checking of the product before accepting it.
- In case if a pin code is not serviceable for return pickup, the client/buyer need to self-ship the product to our address. In such a case, the cost of return will be born by client/buyer.
Order Cancellations:
- In case there is an order cancellation request, it will be accepted before the items are shipped.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched, If cancelled by client/buyer post shipping.
- Sale & discounted products are not eligible for any cancellations or refunds.
Refunds:
Prepaid Order Refunds:
- Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment post the returned items reaches us, and is thoroughly checked and accepted by our in-house team.
- Refunds can also be processed in the form of store credits/ gift cards based on buyer’s preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.
- Although we try our best to process the refunds as early as possible, refunds processing may take 15-20 working days.
COD Order Refunds:
- Refunds will be initiated post the returned items reaches us and are thoroughly checked and accepted by our in-house team.
- COD refunds will be processed in the form of store credits.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
